Patti is a watercolor artist focusing on botanical subjects. Generally her work depicts subjects painted life size with botanical accuracy. Her favorite format is either a botanical portrait or a painting of a botanical collection. Her inspiration comes from the beauty of flora, and fauna found here in northern WI.

Artist Statement

My paintings are a reflection of my love of the nature that surrounds me. They portray the quiet beauty, strength and amazing complexity that can be seen in a single flower, a solitary branch, a cluster of blossoms. It is my hope that the viewer can experience the joy one finds when slowing down and looking closely at the beauty nature offers.
